Red’s Hotel

The location was very convenient as close by to food outlets, laundry, main bus terminal, supermarket and even night life for those who needs a karaoke session :). Surrounding was not noisy and away from the main roads. Beds was comfy as that was most important to me after a long day drive which will continue again the next day. Water pressure was strong and the hot and cold water was excellent.

Bathroom was kind a small but I think the room that I'm staying as it was way at the end. Didn't really mind coz the comfy bed compensate it and the shower water pressure as well. Parking in front of the hotel is base on availability but there are a lot at the back of the hotel.

Definitely have new vibes hotel after the renovation

1. small size room2. Not soundproofing at all. I can hear TV noise from next room. Can hear people chatting while passing by the corridor, doors slamming, and outside noises such as loud music from nearby karaoke place.3. They have very limited number of irons and hairdryers for the guests. Upon asking, they only have 2 and already borrowed by other long-stay guests.4. No stairs. If you still plan to book, request for ground level.

I love to stay at this place. Really comfortable and Best the have huge smart tv for you to watch your Netflix or Prime video. Just login into your own account. ?

Soundproofing need to be improved. Can hear loud sound from the doors.

Clean, comfy beds, spacious bathroom, wifi excellent.

Room too small that supposedly fit 3-4 people, only 3 hangers were provided, no lift, not muslim friendly as there is not kiblat direction shown in the room, difficult to pray as the room lack of space

The staff was very helpful and friendly. At first I had issue with my payment but they solve it nicely. I requested to check in early and of course with charges but it was affordable to check in early as I was tired from long distance drive. I was glad they had room for me to check in early. The room was cozy and suitable for solo traveler and even had YouTube, Netflix because they had android TV. I enjoy it much. The bathroom also nice, I like it because had warm and cold water. Warm welcome does makes comfortable to stay.

The location. I was using Google maps and Google give bad route. Maybe can include arrow for kiblat for Muslim to pray.

need to have refrigerator in roms. i booked for 2 rooms. 1 room got hole on the ceiling. need to be repair ASAP

About the booking,please confirm if room for 4 person is not available...last staying that im booking for 2 bed,but guve us a family suite..hehee..but we are more prefer for the 2 bed..first nite they give us i queen plus single..but the second nite is my origanally booking,is 2 large bed..but overall is very good about this hotel

I like the location of the red hotel. Strategic place to shopping and find some food for eating . The Male of cashier red hotel was a good man and polite with customer and have a good experience talk to customer

I not like the service of cleaning because i stay it for 2 nights their no have service pernight on the next day need to change our towel and etc . This make me really disappointed with the cleaning service but for the room clean and okay .

i did not stay as i cancelled the reservation due to price gouging. STAY AWAY.

booking price was not honoured. they double increased the price fomr RM75 to RM120 when i checked in.

It’s scam. The final price shown is the amount you will pay to the property from Booking.com is MYR 158.76. But when I check in, the red’s hotel charges me MYR268.76.It’s MYR110 higher than booking.comI am unhappy and feel cheated

I already asked them to keep my left item, but they throw away. Very disappointed

The room was dusty with some spider webs on the ceiling.

No elevator, no iron and need to share 1 iron, very hot room and the air conditioning not strong enough. Plus the lighting with yellow bulb not bright enough
